We make sure our cattle are raised in a natural, low stress environment as well as being 100% grass fed and grass finished. They are also free of growth hormones, steroids, and antibiotics. We are taking orders on quarters and sides of beef. Contact us for pricing, it is priced per pound on the hanging weight of the animal. This price includes processing, so it is cut, wrapped and frozen, ready for your freezer with no additional fees. Live weight will be approximately 1,000 lbs, this puts the hanging weight right around 600 pounds. So half a beef is approximately 300 lbs hanging weight, and a quarter beef would be approximately 150 lbs.

Mixed Quarter or Side of Beef

We offer a mixed quarter so you get equal cuts from the front and rear of the animal in order to allow you to receive all the cuts of meat rather than being limited to cuts from only the front quarter, or only the rear quarter of the animal.

Or you may order a side of beef which obviously comes with all the cuts on that half, front and back.

And just some FYI: On a 1,000 lb animal a family of four will get between 100 and 130 meals of beef from a half of beef, or 50-65 meals from a quarter of beef. Eating beef two times per week it will take a family approximately one year to eat half a beef, or six months to eat a quarter.

When supply allows we offer premium ground beef packages. This hamburger incorporates all the top cuts of the beef including: chuck, brisket, shank, rib, loin, sirloin, round, flank, etc. In simpler terms, you’ve got the ribeyes, filets, KC strips, and t-bone steaks right in the ground beef. Thus creating a tender and flavorful, exquisite dry aged hamburger that can be utilized in countless ways.

Our beef dry is aged, inspected and processed, packaged, then moved to the blast freezer at -30 degrees F. This allows the beef to be frozen quickly so that the water does not crystalize, preventing freezer burn.
